Part 2: Bilanzierungen und Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien im Unternehmen umsetzen
- Wie tief muss ich als Unternehmen ins Thema einsteigen?
- Bilanzierung durch unseren Dienstleister am Beispiel eines Mitgliedsbetrieb (Herr Wissenbach, Unternehmensberatung )
- Nachhaltigkeit strategisch denken: Wie binde ich Nachhaltigkeit aktiv in mein Unternehmen ein und erziehe hierdurch mehrere Vorteile (Katja Hofmann, KMU)
Part 3: Skop 3: Wie erreiche ich zuverlässige Daten und Aussagen für meine Lieferkette
- Aktueller Sachstand zur Bilanzierung und ggf. Wettbewerbsvorteilen regionaler Lieferketten
- Was sind diese Daten großen Abnehmern wert bzw. für was werden diese benötigt?
- Wie kann ich die Daten aussagekräftig, valide und einfach erheben und verwalten?
